In the fast-paced competitive word we are constantly running, racing and moving to meet the expectations of everyone around us. We are racing with our competitors, family members and sometimes ourselves.
Sometime we feel like we are plugged to the digital world of social media, work, emails, deadlines the outside noise that our inner voice starts to feel dimmed down. That is why I decided to take 21 days no work and social media and the results were nothing but self-reflective. It allowed me to clear the stuck energies to that I could manifest better so that I could heal the parts of me that needed my attention. This helped me feel at ease and peace and thus manifest better.
I took 21 days break bringing me closer to bliss, helping me try new things and become more mindful to understand how does manifestation work better when we surrender.
How Does Manifestation Work when we rediscover bliss in simple moments?
Bliss is something we all want to experience and we chase it in the outside world, but we experience bliss in the pauses of our life. Before these 21 days I used to be in a racing environment and I missed the wholeness in the beingness, the present moment, the love and support that I took for granted, I started to look within. I started to spread more smiles in my family. I even had a couple of heated conversations that brought more clarity in my life with my loved ones.
So, the day one started by feeling more connected with nature. Growing up I have always loved the rain and I felt a desire to run into the rain and experience the bliss by drenching and enjoying and dancing, by letting go the pressure of acting like an adult for few moments. This gave me the feeling of relaxation and when you are relaxed and at ease you manifest better.
It is my birthday month and I like to use it as an excuse to gift myself something I treasure every year and this year I got myself a guitar. Growing up in school I had opted in the guitar classes, but I never completed the course, the pressure of getting good grades and being a science student, I can say I sacrificed the art I long to experience now. Not just that I enrolled myself in guitar classes. To give myself the pleasure of being every week. These were some of my manifestation scripting that I did years back and I finanlly got the courage to pursue my passions which helps to manifest better.
I decided to eat a meal alone and savour every bit of it. The café was empty and I ate my soul food dumplings alone and feeling the bliss in my being.
There were so many things that I did including doctor check-ins to take care of my health. Having a mindful cup of tea, journalling, long salt water bath and so many more. They were the most therapeutic days of my life after a very stressful phase. It let myself to enjoy the present, practice gratitude and also celebrate life by gifting myself the time my soul needed.
2. How Does Manifestation Work when we embracing the unknown and surrender.
Taking a break from the routine allowed me to step outside my comfort zone in a way I hadn’t anticipated. Without the constant distraction of work and social media, I had the time to explore new activities and hobbies that had been pushed aside. It was like opening a treasure chest of possibilities that I had forgotten existed.
I tried new things in life, and honestly some turned out to be a disaster while some were great. I tried using the age-old antique pressure cooker that I never used due to some reason but I almost had burnt the cooker. Somehow, I managed to save it, but the food was not saved. I learnt a great deal from this mistake. Sometimes we try new things in life and embrace the unknown cause they might teach us some valuable lessons. I loved the experience. Now I know how to use different kinds of pressure cooker and now I can make every day staple food with ease 😊.
I tried the new form of exercise, called Chi Yong and it felt so relieved. I decided to inculcate that in my lifestyle to keep my life balanced and release stress and tension. I felt as if my soul was thanking me for doing the things that I always wanted to do. For letting go and practicing surrender. Chi Yong is one of the anxient energy movement excercising method that helps you clear the stuck energies and manifest better with new enegergies. It is so rejuvenating.
This newfound peace was not fleeting. It was a form of bliss that existed when I allowed myself to simply be. In this stillness, I began to realize that happiness doesn’t come from external achievements, but from within, from the present moment. This shift in perspective was liberating, and I began to carry this sense of bliss into every aspect of my life.
3. How Does Manifestation Work when we Strengthen our Relationships?
The most important relationship that you are going to carry along the entire life is the one with – YOU. We can’t pour into the cups of others if ours in not full. These 21 days I tried to strengthen my boundaries, stood up for myself whenever needed.
This helped me understand the people in my life who truly matter. I had deep conversations with my mom. I tried strengthening my relationship with my sister and father. I tried spreading smiles in my family, but that is not possible if you don’t have a smile right. When you heal the beliefs with your closed ones you allow your mind to release old patterns and clear the past and hence make room to manifest better.
4. How Does Manifestation Work when we become more present and mindful?
I was able to fully immerse myself in the here and now. I began paying attention to the smallest details—the feel of the morning sunlight on my skin, the sound of birds chirping outside, and the rhythm of my breath, the rhythm of beats in music, dancing o beats, meditating.
This helped me see, hear, taste, understand on deeper levels. I felt present. I felt in the moment and I felt alive and purposeful. Manifestation is the art of enjoying and living the present monement, when we allow ourselves to embrace the present moment we raise our vibrations and thus manifest better.

Taking a 21-day break from work and social media was not just a detox for my mind and body; it was a profound reset. I emerged from those 21 days feeling more aligned with my true self, more connected to the people I love, and more aware of the present moment.

I’m now committed to incorporating these lessons into my routine, ensuring that I continue to prioritize myself, my relationships, and my well-being. This break wasn’t just a temporary escape; it was a reminder of the simple yet profound joys of living a mindful, authentic life.
